Annual Permit Reports

2025 Annual Reports are due March 31, 2026!

Every facility with a Permit to Operate must submit the previous year production throughput/production information as required in the permit’s Recordkeeping Conditions before March 31 of each year.  

Please contact the District if you have additional questions or need your permit renewal forms sent to you. The district tries to send them out at the beginning of January.
